These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of AprsVR (“the Game”). By playing the Game, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must comply with applicable laws to play the Game. Children under 13 may play only with parental consent.
License to Use the Game
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and play AprsVR for personal, non-commercial purposes.
User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Harass or abuse other players
- Exploit, cheat, or modify the game client
- Use the Game for illegal activities
Third-Party Services
The Game integrates with Unity and Oculus SDKs. Use of these services is subject to their respective Terms of Service and Privacy Policies.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for errors, downtime, or damages resulting from use of the Game.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall AprsVR or its developers be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Game.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with the new Effective Date. Continued use of the Game constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence.
